About me: I have been a nurse since 1984 and have worked in residential care, acute care, hospice care and Community.
I have been an advocate for the rights and scope of practice of LPN since 2009.
I am a leader as a Supervisor within Fraser Health and I maintain a high level of practice. I provide support to my colleagues or those that are in need of a stronger voice.
I have seen our profession be bullied, oppressed and our scope rejected. I feel if I am going to complain about the problems, I better be willing to put myself out there to be part of the solution.
Let’s support each other and find the strength we have when we all work together. I am very happy to be an active part of LPNABC.
